I've seen these photos from way back but didn't pay too much attention. Alodia Gosiengfiao who? At the time, I haven't heard any of her. But look at her now. She's a very popular cosplayer. The latest we've seen was her imitating those GI Joe villains. And she rocked.

The scorpion tattoo design is probably one of the most attractive tattoos inked today. They are usually quite intricate and have a somewhat sinister meaning behind them. The problem with using a scorpion as the subject of your tattoo design is that it requires more thought and planning than many other designs. The reason for this is due to the extreme complexity in their body structure.

The reason people choose the scorpion as a subject for tattoo design is the somewhat frightening image it portrays. This is due to their association with deadly stings and the use of them in many scary movies. There is a real reason to fear scorpions. Scorpions are related to the arachnid family (spiders) and as such are sometimes deadly. In addition to this they have many moving parts. The way they move and articulate seems somewhat unnatural to us and we see this as frightening.

These qualities are also what make this particular tattoo design difficult to render in tattoo ink. To make a scorpion tattoo design look natural and realistic one needs to look at artwork with the following qualities.

1) Make sure that the artwork you are considering has plenty of detail. Scorpion tattoos should have all the leg joints and the segments in the tail accurately reproduced. The pincers (claws) should show realistic crablike appearance.

2) A scorpion can be of almost any color so when reproducing the design as a tattoo just make sure that bright colors are used. Use plenty of stripes or patterns in the design to replicate the actual camouflage markings.

3) Consider the size of your design. Obviously, the smaller the artwork, the less detail you can incorporate into the design. Choose a large area on the body and make good use of it. This is one of the pieces of artwork that must be placed on a large part of the body like a shoulder blade or the back.

The Tattoo Designs - Avoid These Tattoo Trends

In the modern era is now a lot of people who like tattoos and want to decorate their bodies with tattoos If you are thinking about getting a tattoo, the tattoo must be aware of trends, and advice I would avoid them too! There is a trend that appears tattoo every now and then where everyone and their brother jumped on the bandwagon. Before you know it you have a ton of people looking for all the same, because they decided to follow the trend.

Here are the different types of tattoos tendency to avoid:

Tattoo Designs

There are certain tendencies that arise in the case of tattoo designs. For example, remember the chain link design that people have around their biceps, ankle or wrist? For whatever reason everyone seemed to jump all the trends. Then what happened? The trend died off and no longer popular. User group now has a tattoo of a chain link design is considered obsolete and paralyzed.

Another example is the tribal tattoo. While tribal tattoo has a place and can give meaning to some people, for many other people they just want to jump on the bandwagon because of the tribal style popular at the time.

Tattoo placement

The next tendency is to place the tattoo is placed. This is also a trend that you want to avoid. Many such women have jumped on the "lower back tattoo" trend. So many are jumping on this bandwagon, that the slang term now appears for this type of tattoo: "tramp stamp". This is in response to a large number of women who choose lower back placement just because it is the popular thing to do at that time.

Make sure you make a choice based on the placement of tattoos on your own personality and originality. If your lower back tat really speak to you then that's fine. But if you just follow the trends that you might later regret, then think twice and focus on you as an individual, not as a follower and make sure you choose the type of tattoo that you really like so you will not regret it and you could appear more confident.
